NEW SANDVIK LOOK

Precisionscreen would like to introduce the Newly Branded Sandvik machines for 2010 and the future! Some of the new Sandvik coloured machines with their livery orange, have been seen making their way into the Australian market late 2009. However, its full steam ahead with Precisionscreen now boasting a full range of Sandvik machines currently in stock. Precisionscreen would like to welcome anyone interested in having a look at the New Sandvik Range up close and personal, to come on down to our Main factory or your nearest depot! Interesting dates in Sandvik’s history

1862: Founded in Sandviken by Göran Fredrik Göransson.
1907: Sandvik begins production of hollow drill steel.
1984: Sandvik divisions transformed into separate companies; Sandvik Rock Tools was established.
1990: Sandvik acquires 25% of Tamrock.
1996: Sandvik acquires 26% of Tampella, the parent company of Tamrock.
1998: Tamrock and Sandvik Rock Tools merge to create Sandvik Mining and Construction.
2001: Sandvik Mining and Construction acquires mining and construction part of Svedala and establishes a new product area:
         Sandvik Rock Processing.
2007: Sandvik acquires Extec Screens and Crushers Ltd and Fintec Crushing and Screening Ltd.
2009: Extec and Fintec product lines unified under Sandvik brand to create world’s largest provider of mobile crushing and
         screening solutions.
