SRD240X Mobile Dewaterer
The SRD240x is an all in one wash plant boasting all components required for processing sand products.
The SRD240x has been designed to provide a mobile solution for new and existing sand washing projects. The road towable chassis allows the plant to be moved via prime mover easily with minimal set-up costs normally associated with sand washing plants.
The SRD240x requires a clean water source supplied to the 3 inch inlet manifold for the washing screen deck and a 6 inch waste water pipe discharging from the machine to a settlement pond. The machine is packed full of features that makes this the perfect tool for testing the material cost effectively to give you the desired results. --LEARN MORE
SRD180 Mobile Dewaterer
The SRD180 Dewaterer is capable of manufacturing coarse and fine grade sand simultaneously. It is also possible to manufacture a super fine product if desired.
The unique submerged back screw available on the SRD180 Dewaterer greatly assists in floating off organic silts etc. and allows for enormous effluent water overflow area and ensures excellent de-watering capacity.
The unique polyurethane bucket inserts assist in the low maintenance and efficient de-watering. --LEARN MORE
This is the largest of the "conventional" style screening plants currently manufactured by Precisionscreen. The Super Reclaimer 1050 features 1200mm wide belts, (feed & main), a 10' x 5' 2-deck, fully floating efficient screenbox. A truly high production screening plant capable of processing most materials, including, gravel, sand, soil, bark, compost, fertilizer and coal quickly and efficiently.
- Hydraulic variable speed belt
- Hydraulic job-folding mechanism
- Easy to transport from site to site
- Designed for optimum fuel economy and low operating costs
The Precisionscreen Barrel Washer is designed to scrub and clean natural pebble so it can be sold as decorative stone to landscape yards. The Barrel Washer circuit consists of an open feed hopper with variable speed belt and control gate to regulate material flow. As the bin is open style it will require pre-screened material to be fed in with a top size of 150mm (ideal feed size is 50mm minus).
Various size Stockpilers can be used to stockpile the finished product and can be set-up in the radial wheel motion so that bins can be made for the different size rock products.
- In let feed box with water fitting
- Enclosed barrel length 4m with 1.5m diameter
- 12 internal lifters
- 10mm rubber lining
- Barrel speed variable 1-10RPM
- Discharge chute with wear liners
- Heavy duty skid frame
- 4 independent hydraulic drive wheels for the barrel
- 2.4m long mesh trommel attached to the enclosed barrel for
draining and final wash
- Internal spray bar up the middle of the entire barrel to assist with cleaning
- Spray bar on outside of mesh of trommel to help keep clean
Precisionscreen have the ability to adapt the Sandvik tracked Screening range from a dry to a wet process by adding the renowned Precisionscreen Rinse Kit.
The top deck of the Screenbox has a number of Spray Bars depending on the size of screenbox, each with 6 coarse nozzles. There is one manifold which supplies the 6 spray bars controlled by a 2" Brass gate valve positioned at the inlet end of each spray bar. This allows individual control over the flow to each spray bar and the choice to shut off if necessary.
The bottom deck has the same number of spray bars with 20 nozzles positioned at different angles along the bar for even dispersion and a finer blade of water.
The spreader plate before the screenbox is replaced with a boiler box with one spray bar and in let hose. This is designed to help slurry up the material before heading to the screenbox.
There is an Underscreen bladder to collect the water/slurry coming down from the screen which funnels the material out the discharge pipes and onto the next stage for dewatering the sand. This plant can be converted back to a dry Screening plant with minimal fuss by sampling removing the internal bladder. The original fines conveyor does not removed when washing. --LEARN MORE
Precisionscreen Wash Kits range from the single deck "sling on" type for rinsing operations to sophisticated two or three deck wash kits built into the screen box. Typically, each deck will have multiple spray bars fitted with numerous spray nozzles best united to the duty of the screen deck and the product being processed. Fine control is available via individual gate valves to each bar - excellent control - great washing results.
