Introducing the all new Precisionscreen Precoater 3000. The Precoater 3000 is a complete screening and precoating package. With over 3000L of onboard bituminous liquid storage, a highly efficient 8'x4' screenbox, over 4m high tail conveyor discharge point and a hopper with material flow control, the Precoater 3000 is a serious plant that will satisfy user’s needs perfectly. The Precoater 3000 is the little brother to the Precoater 6500.

With 12 individually spray controlled nozzles, the Precoater covers material perfectly and with such efficiency that it will use significantly less liquid than competitors machines. Utilizing the renowned Precisionscreen 8x4 screenbox, the plant has easily produced over 120 tons per hour of perfectly coated aggregate.

Running the plant is the ever-reliable Duetz FL912 3 cylinder powerplant. The engine is housed in an easily removed powerpack that also houses the diesel tank and hydraulic oil tank. Hinged from the outside corner, the powerpack is a technicians dream, the powerpack swings out from the machine so access is granted around the whole engine!

With a 10m overall size, the Precoater is a highly mobile plant that is designed to be taken to sites that most other plants cannot reach. A remote control included standard enables one person to setup, run and shut down everything. The loader driver can have the remote on his dash and activate most processes without having to leave the cabin.

There are a multitude of options to satisfy needs from a wash down kit including water storage, to dust covers and even hopper sizes. There is a combination that fit everyone's needs.
