Introducing the new improved PrecisionScreen Precoater 6500. The Precoater 6500 is an all Australian designed and constructed plant that has been created by our in-house research and development team to meet the needs of the Civil Infrastructure Industry.
The Precoater 6500 is a highly mobile, robust plant featuring on-board discharge conveyors, a very generous on-board Bitumous liquid capacity and a large efficient 10x5 screenbox that will serve almost all road making requirements. Spraying the product are 14 strategically placed high velocity spray nozzles that are all individually controlled to ensure that the desired coverage is received. Also featured is a folding tail conveyor that gives an extended discharge height of 4.35 M and many other little additions that make use so much easier.

The PRECOATER 6500 is full of surprises and little additions that make use so easy. From a hinged powerpack that makes accessing the engine so easy during servicing to a built in toolbox for storing any tools required, the PRECOATER 6500 has it all. There is even storage for a spare set of screens which can be accessed remarkably easy, a spare wheel that is housed underneath the discharge conveyor and an access step at the back under the discharge conveyor to make removing the transport pins a safe and simple task. All these additions create an impressively effective machine that will keep on working with a bare minimum of downtime.
Spraying the product are 14 strategically placed high velocity spray nozzles that are all individually controlled to ensure that the desired coverage is received. Powering the precoat pump is a 22cc Casappa pump. This pump is solely devoted to powering the precoat pump to ensure that there is a consistent uniform delivery of liquid.
Extensive research and development has led to numerous improvements including extended clearance from the forward jacking legs to the king pin to fit even the most sizable prime mover. A new hopper door has been designed to close or restrict flow on the feed conveyor along with new valve controls. The speed of the discharge conveyor has been raised to cover all output needs.
