Scraper Fitting Instructions

When fitting the Precisionscreen scraper unit, care needs to be taken to ensure the correct placement as this shall ensure you gain maximum life from your scraper blades. The correct placement of the scraper requires the distance α to be correct. To calculate α, find your drum diameter, then add 1mm for every increment above the base drum diameter to the base figure. For example, if your drum diameter is 250mm, then your α dimension would be 167 + (250-200)/4.65, which gives you 177.75.
