Precisionscreen Sandscrew

The Precisionscreen Sandscrew is designed to work alongside the range of Precisionscreen wash plants to Dewater and classify sand products.

Precisionscreen Sandscrew offers a simple solution for sand classification.

The slurry material enters the feed tube at the base of the screw and as the heavier particles sink to the bottom they are dragged up the trough via the spiral screw.

Dewatering occurs up the length of the trough until discharged at the end via a chute.

All screws are driven hydraulically and can run off the Precisionscreen screening plant powerpack they are working with.

• Each Screw has adjustable overflow weirs to help mazimise recovery of fines and control discharge of waste water
