Precisionscreen Precoat Attachment Kit

Precisionscreen Australian designed and manufactured Precoat Chute has strategically placed high velocity nozzles to ensure sufficient coverage of diesel bituminous liquid; designed to meet the needs of the civil Infrastructure industry.

Supplied is a Precoat pump, driven by a pre-existing aux circuit and chute with stainless steel nozzles. The adapter kit pump washes the dust off aggregate before it is coated in bitumen in the precoat tumbler chute. The removal of dust ensures optimal adhesion and coverage, resulting in more efficient use of the coating liquid.

• PLC with printer – PLC mounted in enclosure with the ability to record tonnes per hour of the main material belt (aggregate) and litres per minute/hour. The system can track the cumulative daily totals of each product, serving as a useful checking mechanism. It can store up to 15 lines and also has a printout facility.
